The Preseason Hitting Program will be focused primarily on exposing hitters to challenging environments preparing them for their spring seasons. The main focus of the program will be exposing hitters to game velocity, breaking balls, and situational hitting all while emphasizing translating the off-season strength gains to the swing. The program is the perfect opportunity for any hitters looking to translate their off-season gains to the field, and prepare themselves for the spring season!
