Adult Fitness Classes

The Performance Academy is excited to announce we now offer adult fitness classes. Our Director of Sports Performance, Coach Adam DiSena puts our adult fitness classes together. You will be guided through the group workouts by a video demonstrating each exercise that will include countdowns for rest periods. Coach Davis Edwards and Coach Adam DiSena will be around popping in and out of the training to answer any questions and help with form. These classes are body weight classes and you will not need any special equipment other than your personal yoga mat.

The Performance Academy also offers adult Private Training, Semi-Private Training, and Return-to-Sport Training options. Private and Semi-Private training are great options for athletes that are looking for sport-specific workouts. These sessions can be purchased in packages, and are available in 1 on 1 sessions, or for small groups. If you chose to do small groups training, you will need to sign up all members of the group together. Don’t worry, we are still working on adding morning classes and we will let you know once those become available. A full schedule will also soon be available mapping out what days will focus on which class type. The same type of class will run at all 4 time slots each day.

Absolutely! You are able to come try a class on the house before committing to a membership- just email info@tpanc.com or fill out the registration form found at the bottom of this page!

Memberships are a month-to-month basis of $100/month or $75/mo for a 3 month contract. We will also be offering drop-in daily rates of $15/day as well.

Coach Adam DiSena
Coach Adam DiSenaDirector of Sports Performance

Adam was born in Raleigh, NC and currently lives in Willow Spring, NC . He attended Wake Christian Academy where he was a 4 year starter on the varsity football team as a linebacker. He was All-Conference and All-State his Junior year and All-Conference and team captain his Senior year. He attended Catawba College in Salisbury, NC where he was a member of the Division II football team. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration on Human Performance. He had an internship with NASCAR team Stewart-Haas Racing in Kannapolis, NC where he worked with pit crew performance, and has interned at NC State University working with the strength and conditioning coaching staff. Adam is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a CPR/AED certification. He has been with TPA since August 2022.
