Our summer sports camp is a group based learning environment that focuses on education, sportsmanship, team building, fitness, and fun. The typical camp day will begin with a warm up of free play between 8-9am while everyone is getting dropped off. The coaches will then review the rules, procedures, and expectations of the day. They’ll do an organized stretching and warm up routine followed by the first 45 minute circuit style training that will lead into games. They’ll play a variety of different games based in all different sports like floor hockey, soccer, football, etc.. They’ll have two snack breaks and 1 lunch break. We do not provide lunch or snacks but do have a “Healthier4U” vending machine for snacks and drinks available.
During lunch we’ll have sports videos quietly playing in the background- “Dude Perfect” trick shots are usually a favorite if you are familiar with them. After lunch is cleaned up and everyone has washed their hands, they’ll return back to playing games on the turf. They’ll play different games ranging from dodgeball, soccer, football, badminton, whiffle ball, etc.. and will also play outside weather permitting. Later in the afternoon they’ll have another snack break before pick up between 5-6pm.
